We’ve been stopping at Tim and Merryn’s place for the last 3 weeks. Fantastic hosts and lovely home. We would recommend to anyone stopping in the area.

We stayed for almost a month in this spacious maisonette. It felt like home! The footpath at the top of the close makes it a 2-minute walk to Waitrose and the Leatherhead high street. As we didn’t have a car on this trip, we used convenient buses from the bottom of the street and the train from the station a 10-minute walk away.
The bed and linens were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, with excellent utensils and appliances.
Tim was quick to answer when we had questions. We will certainly hope to stay here again!

A lovely Maisonette in the heart of Leatherhead. Easy access to the town and the station. The property is beautiful with great facilities and catered for all my needs. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you 😊

Tim and Merryn's place us truly a gem, super cozy and spotless clean, and the nature and greenery that surrounds it left us speechless. High street and local shops within 5-10 mins walk. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again soon.
Tim and Merryn were super helpful as well, responding quickly plus all instructions were clear. Thanks for making us feel homely.
Overall, peaceful, private, tidy, cozy - lots of walks, tracking and cycling opportunities if you're looking for an escape from a busy paced life. Easy to get here with public transport as well.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Tim & Merryn’s place for just over a week, and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Tim & Merryn are warm, responsive hosts who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect.
The home itself is spotless, spacious, and filled with cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds, and the living room complete with a plush sofa & reclined chairs was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
The surrounding area is incredibly peaceful, with serene streams and beautiful trees all around. It felt like a tranquil escape from the world.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and everything we needed (and more) was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10 out of 10 and are already looking forward to coming back.
Highly recommend this place, you’ll be amazed!

The location was near everything I needed (was playing in a golf tournament). There was free overnight parking and pay parking 8-6 on the street. The house is spotless and the furnishings are new. My bed was comfortable. The room had ample closet space as well as a dresser for clothing. Shower pressure was great. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was coffee, tea, sugar, milk (in fridge), salt & pepper. Several grocery stores and restaurants were within walking distance. There was nothing I was lacking. If I had a question, I typically received a response within minutes. I highly recommend this fine apartment. Thank you so much.
